    newly renovated room
    outdoor garden area
    sun terrace
    street noise

The outdoor garden area was a perfect chill spot, and I enjoyed the sun terrace for some relaxation. The only downside was the noise from the street, but it didn't put a damper on my overall experience 🌞

    cozy room
    garden area
    comfortable bed
    awkward shower
    noise issues

The Queen Room felt cozy and clean, with a well-functioning mini-fridge and microwave, made snacking easy. Enjoyed the comfortable bed, though the pillows could use some softening. The outdoor garden area was a wonderful spot to relax, despite the nearby street noise , made sleeping a bit challenging. Good location for accessing local parks and the harbor. I was disappointed that the shower head was awkwardly placed was nice. The absence of an AC unit during hot weather was also a downside, especially when the room got quite warm. It was nice having black-out drapes for better sleep, but some areas did require deeper cleaning. Another thing to note was the noise from the hallway that carried into my room.

This newly decorated hotel was clean. Pet-friendly and recently refurbished units with a TV, great ventilation and 3 double beds, and the staff were attentive. The venue had a decent location near Dog Off Leash Area.

The newly renovated Queen Room was cozy and clean. I loved the rainfall shower head and the portable air conditioner was a lifesaver during the heat. The added touches, like the elegant vanity and extra towels, made my stay super comfortable 🌟

It was just a great fit for spending a night in Nanaimo with high value for money. We appreciated the fairly clean room, made our stay comfortable. Make sure to bring earplugs for a quieter night.

    great location
    smoking issue

We had a lovely family stay with our granddaughter. The staff were very friendly, and the grounds were well-kept. The location was super convenient, especially for visiting the nearby shopping center and ferry terminal.

My wife says that it would be great if there were dedicated areas to keep smoking away from family areas.
